Job Summary
Our mission is to change the way business deals get done by providing a solution that accelerates, scales, and protects the business, enabling contract professionals to become their company’s superhero.
Responsibilities include crafting and maintaining a dataset of contract records and legal models, acting as a point of escalation for the Data Science team, and partnering with Product Management to resolve issues.
We offer a flexible work approach combining in-person time and remote work, ensuring at least half of our time each quarter is spent in the office or in the field with customers, prospects, and partners.

Salary
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $135,700 CAD - $203,500 CAD; Primary CAN Base Pay Range: $113,000 - $169,600 CAD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements
4+ years in corporate law, finance, consulting or data science (Legal AI Product Specialist)
6+ years in corporate law, finance, consulting or data science (Sr Legal AI Product Specialist)
Experience with generative AI
Experience reviewing and analyzing contracts
Experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is a plus
