Job Summary

  • This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week, working directly with customers in person to assist with drop off orders for PSA, PCGS, PSA/DNA, and WATA.
  • Responsibilities include informing customers of services, scheduling drop-offs and pickups, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and representing the company at trade shows.
