  • The main mission will be to lead the selection process of Airbus Commercial external positions applying a proactive sourcing approach, lead early career programs, and collaborate with the Internal Mobility network.
  • Responsibilities include demonstrating expertise in required profiles, analyzing and challenging managers' needs, selecting appropriate job boards, and running proactive sourcing via social networks.
