  • Perform urgency assessment and priority validation based on business impact for incident management.
  • Provide end-to-end support across the O2C cycle, investigating and resolving OM-AR integration issues.
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot custom RICE components and enhance PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions.
