Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will be expected to develop work assignments, delegate authority to charge nurses, and ensure that sufficient numbers of licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants are available for every shift.
This role requires active participation in committee meetings, quality assurance programs, and facility surveys conducted by authorized government agencies to maintain the highest degree of quality care.
