This role is instrumental in achieving year-on-year sustainable improvements in inventory and driving inventory strategy across the European operation.
You will lead a direct team of Central Inventory Managers with dotted line responsibility into Business Unit Inventory teams.
The position requires managing monthly inventory governance meetings and ensuring compliance of inventory control including target signoffs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
Progressive experience in inventory management
Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes
Advanced analytical skills with data analysis proficiency
Strong command of SAP APO (SNP, PPDS) and ECC

Experience with BOTs or automation tools
