Job Summary

• As a Technology Risk Guide Director, you will support the Resiliency and Reliability Engineering (R2E) team, owning the risk portfolio and leading the associated tech risk guide team.
• You will provide direct tech risk guide services for our first line R2E teams, with a specific focus on resilience and reliability risks, driving organizational change through risk identification, measurement, analysis and reporting.
• You will have a high level of exposure across lines of business and the opportunity to work with Executives to create and implement innovative solutions to identify and mitigate potential risks to the Company, particularly those related to resilience and reliability.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
• 7+ years in Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk Management, or External Audit
• 7+ years in project, process, or program management
• 7+ years supporting business clients
• 4+ years People Management experience
• 10+ years in Cybersecurity, Technology, Risk Management, or Project/Program Management
• 5+ years leading cross-functional tech and cyber risk management projects in public cloud
• 3+ years managing risks, governance, and controls for technology and digital products
• 3+ years in the Financial Services industry
