Job Summary

• This position is responsible for creating the future of the Hikari Plant and directly supporting the robust growth of Takeda's business by being an executing member of projects for the large-scale renewal of new facilities at the Hikari Plant.
• You will be primarily responsible for projects involving the introduction or modification of pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities (APIs, biologics, formulations, packaging, etc.), and will be involved in consideration of equipment specifications, budgeting, purchase review, construction implementation, and commissioning.
• Allowances include commutation, housing, and overtime work; salary increases annually with bonus payments twice a year; and holidays include Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, and Year-End Holidays (approx. 123 days in a year).
