Job Summary

  • Partner directly with C-suite and Board-level executives to shape which business problems are worth solving, where to invest, and how to unlock measurable value through digital, business and AI transformation.
  • Leveraging ServiceNow’s Now Value methodology, the Strategist architects and leads value-led transformation engagements, translating complex platform capabilities into clear, defensible investment cases that influence executive decision-making and accelerate strategic outcomes.
  • As a senior partner to Sales leadership, account teams, and customer executives, the Inspire Value Strategist plays a critical role in orchestrating value across our most strategic customer accounts, ensuring consistency of message, alignment of priorities, and sustained executive confidence throughout the transformation journey.
