Job Summary

  • Responsible for executing day-to-day winemaking cellar activities from crush through bottling to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and quality standards.
  • Assist Winemaking team with executing all winemaking operations to meet quality targets including tank and equipment sanitation, grape sampling, receiving, sorting, crushing and conveyance to tank.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the winemaking processes and procedures and understand and comply with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.
