Use of monitoring tools like SolarWinds
Weekend shift availability

Knowledge of GlobalProtect operations
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Understanding of multicast concepts
F5 load balancer techniques
VPN technologies such as GRE and IPSec
Scripting with Python, Ansible, Terraform
Collaboration across departments
Key Requirements
CCNA or equivalent certification within 6 months
Experience with TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP routing protocols
Ability to perform network health checks and incident response
Comfortable working weekend shifts
Understanding of IT infrastructure escalation processes
