Duties: Responsible for managing key client accounts and coordinating with internal teams to resolve operational issues Support new program implementations, and ensure smooth inventory and replenishment planning. Monitoring stock levels, analysing demand and forecast variances, managing ERP inventory processes, preparing KPI and inventory reports, Driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring optimal inventory control and service levels.
