As a Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for sharing the brand promise with potential Driver recruits, providing a high volume of safe and experienced Drivers and Owner-Operators.
Specific responsibilities include executing sourcing and recruitment strategies, interviewing candidates, reviewing applications, completing reference checks, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in outbound recruiting or sales, a metrics-driven mindset, strong communication and organizational skills, and progressive knowledge of the Transportation Industry.
