Job Summary
Support the Finance team with travel costs reconciliation, review, book, and reimburse travel costs, including incoming invoices.
Assist in cost reporting and credit card reconciliation, execute accounts reconciliation tasks, and provide support for employee day-to-day queries.
Help onboard newcomers, provide training in travel management tools, develop and improve internal processes, and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
