Job Summary

  • Coordinate implementation, establishment and maintenance of an effective reporting, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning system for the UN OCHA Project.
  • Take the lead in the design and implementation of a MEAL plan to track delivery against project objectives and support the development of ToRs for surveys or assessments.
  • Document and disseminate lessons learnt and best practices on completed project initiatives and develop capacity building plans for staff and partners in M&E.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years practical experience in M&E systems
  • Experience in working on donor funded programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Biostatistics, Health Information system, Monitoring and Evaluation or Project Planning and Management, Statistics or related discipline
  • Training in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
  • Statistical software proficiency (SPSS, STATA, Power Bi, Epi-Info N-vivo)
