Job Summary
Coordinate implementation, establishment and maintenance of an effective reporting, monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning system for the UN OCHA Project.
Take the lead in the design and implementation of a MEAL plan to track delivery against project objectives and support the development of ToRs for surveys or assessments.
Document and disseminate lessons learnt and best practices on completed project initiatives and develop capacity building plans for staff and partners in M&E.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years practical experience in M&E systems
Experience in working on donor funded programs
Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Biostatistics, Health Information system, Monitoring and Evaluation or Project Planning and Management, Statistics or related discipline
Training in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
Statistical software proficiency (SPSS, STATA, Power Bi, Epi-Info N-vivo)
