Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to translate deployed strategy, business requirements into technical inputs to establish value stream capable of fulfilling needs of customer / stake holder expectations, continuously enhance value stream efficiency to achieve operational excellence.
Assess customer short-mid-long term demands against existing & planned manufacturing capabilities, translate gaps into technical requirements e.g. MAE, space, manpower, infrastructure etc, in order to plan & execute business processes & ensure capability to sustainably fulfil customer demand.
Engage and develop professional partnership with internal and external teams to develop and sustain new manufacturing concepts and improve efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing methods.

Key Requirements
5-8 years of process planning
Bachelors degree in engineering
Certification in Statistical tools (desirable)
Masters in Engineering (desirable)
