Job Summary

  • Contribute to SFE piloting, daily Salesforce CRM administration, performance reporting, and Power BI deployment under the supervision of the AD COMOPS Manager.
  • Develop innovative Business Intelligence (BI) methodologies to improve sales efficiency and propose/create evolving dashboards with the organization and product launches.
  • Support the deployment of the salesforce.com CRM system and Power BI, including CRM administration (user management, object creation, user support) and UAT during releases.
