Job Summary

  • Accountable for the strategy, delivery, and commercial performance of customer-facing commercial credit products, leading multiple Product Managers to ensure measurable customer value, sustainable revenue growth, and strong risk outcomes.
  • Partners closely with executive leadership, Finance, Risk, Legal, Technology, and Operations to ensure products are market-competitive, compliant, and scalable, acting as a senior decision-maker for product investment, prioritization, and delivery trade-offs.
  • Fosters a high-performance, inclusive culture that encourages innovation, learning, and continuous improvement, while leading, coaching, and developing Product Managers to build a strong product talent pipeline.
