• You will partner closely with plant leadership to identify improvement opportunities, eliminate losses, and reduce non‑value‑added activities while building long‑term organizational capability.
• Through hands‑on coaching and disciplined execution, you will support a plant of approximately 230 hourly and salaried team members as they drive sustainable, data‑based continuous improvement.
