Create accurate AIA invoices or service billings monthly per customer invoicing schedules and/or requirements.
Work with customers and collections/cash applications department for collecting payments, cash application support, unapplied cash cleanup, and resolving disputes.

Salary
Base: $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: May be entitled to short-term cash incentives; Benefits: Health Care Benefits, Retirement Benefits, Time off and Leave, Disability, Life Insurance, Tax-Advantaged Accounts, Tuition Assistance

Create AIA invoices and service billings
Manage payment collection and cash application
Resolve project-related issues internally
Assist with subcontractor lien waivers and payables
Oversee OCIP/CCIP process and certified payroll

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of work experience supporting operations or service teams
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance preferred
HVAC or construction industry experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics (MSD), SAP and Ariba experience preferred
Notary experience or willingness to obtain notary certification preferred
