Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
Five years of Accounting/Finance experience in manufacturing
Six months of supervisory experience required
SAP and SAP BI proficiency preferred
Knowledge of BOMs, routings, and standard costing
Nice-to-have
Strategic planning and analysis skills
Effective communication across all organizational levels
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to travel to facilities
Ability to identify financial risks and opportunities
Key Requirements
