Circleville Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator to join their remote care team. The position focuses on administrative, personnel, and committee functions to ensure high-quality and compassionate care

Job Summary

  • Assist in maintaining a current listing of all resident care employee phone numbers and updating business office with current posting of all department managers’ phone numbers.
  • Complete monthly nursing schedule coordinating requests to ensure appropriate coverage of units and coordinate variances with the DNS.
  • Assist in recordkeeping and documentation of attendance and tardiness for employee performance appraisals and confirm license/certification and current standing with state approved agencies for all new hires prior to orientation date.
