Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major
  • 5–8 years of experience in Insurance agency, operations, strategy, or program/project management
  • Experience working in consulting management is preferred
  • Experience working in field execution roles is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and analytical skills
