The VIP Staff Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service at all events, greeting guests upon arrival, working with security and ticketing to assist with entry, escorting guests and assisting with way finding, troubleshooting & problem solving throughout the event and reporting issues to VIP supervisor and other appropriate staff members when necessary

  • The VIP Staff Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service at all events, greeting guests upon arrival, working with security and ticketing to assist with entry, escorting guests and assisting with way finding, troubleshooting & problem solving throughout the event and reporting issues to VIP supervisor and other appropriate staff members when necessary.
  • Assist VIP guests with directional and informational inquiries by demonstrating strong knowledge of the facility, seating, and event(s).
  • Must be able and willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays on a Part-Time basis and commit to a minimum of (15) events throughout the season (approx. 25-30 shows from May to Oct).
