Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Analytical and troubleshooting mindset
  • Previous Customer Support experience (3-5 years)
  • Windows/Unix(Solaris) usage familiarity
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle database, UNIX shell script, LINUX, Windows OS
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Organized, able to multi-task, and prioritize
