Define and own the long‑term customer value proposition strategy for home intake across the region.
Build and govern the regional products and offer architecture—ensuring an end-to-end view of propositions, pricing structures, and gross margin performance—to drive consistency, competitiveness, and revenue impact across all markets.
Maximize monetization & gross margin by fully leveraging all 3rd‑party agreements and continuously optimizing partner performance.
