Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in technical field with GPA 3.0+
10-15 years relevant technical experience
Demonstrated software development lifecycle expertise
Proven experience leading technical teams
Proficiency in C++, Python, Java, or C#
Strong C++ software development experience
Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, test automation
Expertise in software architecture, system design, integration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with build tools and modern development environments
