Job Summary
The Customer Operations Specialist performs customer service activities for internal and external customers, ensuring advocacy for the customer and working closely with various departments to provide solutions that fulfil customer needs.
This position will be responsible for executing standard and repeat quoting for the site as well as order management for “factory direct” customers, interacting directly with their assigned “factory direct” customers as appropriate.

Base: $61,875 - $90,750; Bonus/Equity: cash-based incentive program; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) with company matching, 80 hours holidays, paid time off
