Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • CNC programming for 3-axis and 5-axis machines
  • CAD/CAM software proficiency in aerospace environment
  • Experience with structural aircraft component machining
  • Strong understanding of GD&T and fixturing
  • Ability to read complex engineering drawings

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with additive manufacturing technologies
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies
  • Experience with high-mix low-volume production
  • MRB (Material Review Board) experience
  • Proficiency with Calypso measurement software

Key Requirements

  • 9 years CNC/CAM experience with High School diploma OR 5 years with Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years manufacturing engineering experience in machining
  • U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance
  • Willingness to travel 10% and work any shift for 24/7 operations
