  • Provide L2 production support for SAP CRM incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within agreed SLAs, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.
  • Support enhancements, minor developments, and change requests, working closely with business users and cross-functional teams.
