Job Summary
This role supports the evaluation and execution of investment and M&A opportunities that are commercially sound, financially robust, and strategically aligned with Banpu’s strategic growth priorities.
You will also participate in M&A and business development landscaping to identify promising external prospects and support the development of a pipeline of future investment opportunities.
Coordinate with corporate specialist teams e.g. Tax, Legal, Finance, HR, Risk, and ESG teams to capture cross-functional inputs to gather critical insights and ensure comprehensive risk management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields
MBA or professional certifications are an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, PE/VC, or business advisory
Prior experience in energy and infrastructure sectors preferred
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (TOEIC score of 700 or above)
