Job Summary

  • The Extra Help/(HE) Public Safety Dispatcher is responsible for the central dispatch to department officers and central command.
  • Operate computer consoles, video monitoring equipment and other communication devices in the public safety department to receive requests for assistance.
  • Maintain contact with emergency services such as Little Rock Fire Department and MEMS ambulance with incidents arising on campus properties.
