Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive athletic development programs that reduce injury risk, enhance performance, and optimize individual and team success.
Communicate and collaborate consistently with health, performance, and support units (Sports Medicine, Sports Nutrition, Mental Health), as well as coaches and administrators.

Bachelor's degree
Collegiate or professional strength and conditioning experience
CSCS or SCCC certification
