Main responsibilities include reviewing automated workflows and audits to ensure employees are paid properly, on time and with the right absence codes, and escalating complex requests.
The role involves providing guidance, assessing risk, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to leadership as appropriate while performing activities related to short-term and long-term leaves.

Key Requirements
