Key Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Current North Carolina pharmacist license
  • Immunization and injectable certification
  • Credentialing and privileging as required
  • Preferred ASHP-accredited PGY1 and PGY2 residency
  • Preferred Board Certification
