Completion of PGY1 and PGY2 residency
Board certification preferred
Previous mentorship experience

Key Requirements
Graduate of accredited School of Pharmacy
Current North Carolina pharmacist license
Immunization and injectable certification
Credentialing and privileging as required
Preferred ASHP-accredited PGY1 and PGY2 residency
Preferred Board Certification
