Job Summary

• You will act as the main contact point to our valued Customers and Sales Network, demonstrating autonomy, problem-solving skills, and initiative in executing accurate and timely order processing and providing support and assistance.
• Key responsibilities include order processing, order tracking & visibility, collaboration with internal departments, customer experience management, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• This role requires at least 5 years of experience, an undergraduate degree in a relevant business discipline, and proficiency in MS Office, with working knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce being preferred.
