Job Summary
This role takes charge of management and governance of local business network which cover the operation and support services of around 350 general agency offices (GA) nationwide.
You will be tasked with developing and implementing policies that govern GA behavior, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and promoting a culture that prioritizes integrity and accountability.
Manage and monitor financial process and procedures (budgeting, forecasting) for all expenses spent for GA support-related activities.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree with more than 10 years experience
Insurance distribution governance experience
Risk and Compliance experience
Knowledge of distribution and franchise model in Vietnam
