Perform field inspections of residential and limited commercial structures during various stages of construction and remodeling to assure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Read and interpret building plans, specifications and building codes, and detect deviations from plans or specifications and standard construction practices.
Require extensive physical exertion during on-site inspections, including the ability to continually stand, bend, stoop, reach, crouch and climb.
