Key Requirements
Minimum of 10+ years' successful outside sales experience
Proven track record of sales success, fast growth and consistently achieving performance at 100%+
Previous sales experience in selling ERPs or solutions that integrate with ERPs
Experience selling into Finance/IT functions of large MNCs and/or Shared Service Centers of MNCs
High level functional understanding of finance functions like accounting and tax
Strong Interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations
Proven organization and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to learn a complex product line quickly
