Key Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA-approved law school
  • Minimum 8 years of labor and employment law experience
  • Active member in good standing of the Bar (NC or SC preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, NLRA
