Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Classroom Based Health Care Technician I/Trainer I (CBTI) position is to ensure safety and quality active treatment for the people residing in his/her assigned homes and day placements through direct support and service implementation.
This position is a floater role, serving all 3 areas of campus when needs arise, and involves supporting individuals in every aspect of their lives through continuous active treatment and training.
The J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center is an ICF certified facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities, offering comprehensive residential care in a picturesque setting near the Blue Ridge and South Mountains.
