Job Summary

• The Mechanical Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of mechanical craft workers on-site, ensuring tasks are completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with project specifications.
• This role requires the ability to lead a crew of 3-8 employees, conduct safe start meetings, track crew hours and production, and plan work activities for on-time material delivery.
• The work environment is physically demanding on an active construction site, requiring the ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and operate in noisy conditions with potential exposure to various elements and hazards.
