Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

  • Working knowledge of FMEA, validation programs, and SPC
  • Foundational understanding of manufacturing drawings and tolerancing
  • Basic statistical analysis skills
  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capability
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
