Job Summary
The role requires maintaining the kitchen and cooking area in a safe, orderly, clean, and sanitary manner while preparing tasteful meals in large quantities.
Employees must be able to prepare special diets accurately, record food temperatures, and assist with serving different meals to residents.
This position includes supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor and requires participating in the orientation and ongoing training of dietary staff.
