Under supervision of qualified clinical staff, performs a variety of clerical and basic care duties, assisting clinical staff in maintaining efficient and effective operations.
Provides or assists with personal hygiene for patients, takes and records vital signs, reports abnormal data, and maintains a clean and safe environment.
Participates in nursing and hospital-wide committees, quality assessment and improvement activities, and educational endeavors to improve patient care.
