Key Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum five years' experience in driver education
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, performance management experience
  • Experience supporting instructor recruitment, onboarding, development
  • Valid Class 1, 2, or 4 Alberta Operator’s Licence
  • Licensed Alberta driving instructor
  • Security Clearance including Vulnerable Sector Check
