Job Summary

  • The Coordinator, Entertainment is responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Entertainment BU in general.
  • Provide a high level of guest service by engaging guests, answering questions, resolving issues, making thoughtful recommendations and identifying opportunities to personalize each experience.
  • Work regular weekly shifts, including days, weekends, public holidays, and evening as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in ticketed tourist attractions, casino gaming / hotel resort environment preferred
  • Previous experience in ticket selling, cash handling and credit card transaction experience preferred
  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Event management, Business administration or any other related field is beneficial
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to work shifts, particularly late night
