This role serves as the Assistant Site Lead, acting as deputy to the Site Lead with full accountability for overall site performance and operational decisions.
The successful candidate must possess deep technical expertise in HVAC systems within critical GMP environments while managing multi-year CAPEX plans and annual OPEX budgets.
Candidates are required to maintain 24/7 standby availability and own transportation to respond immediately to site emergencies and after-hours incidents.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years GxP facilities maintenance experience
HVAC engineering expertise in pharmaceutical environments
CAPEX and OPEX budget management with P&L accountability
Bizsafe Level 2 safety certification
Own transportation for emergency response
24/7 standby availability for site emergencies
Root cause analysis and CAPA implementation
Nice-to-have
Experience with FDA or cFAD regulatory audits
Lean Six Sigma methodology knowledge
Multi-site or regional budget oversight experience
Advanced HVAC commissioning and validation skills
Business development and contract renewal support
International company working experience
Clean room specialist certification
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5-8 years of engineering operations experience
5+ years facilities maintenance in GxP environment
