Must-have
Server-side engineering with Kotlin
Front-end development with React and TypeScript
Experience with RESTful APIs
Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes
Database proficiency in PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Message queuing with Apache Kafka
CI/CD tools like Tekton and Harness
Nice-to-have
Strong product and design skills with Figma
