Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, developing policies, and participating in quality assurance and facility surveys to maintain compliance with regulations.
Provide direct nursing care as necessary, monitor medication passes, and ensure nursing personnel follow established procedures and safety standards.
